I went to the Oaks for a hip replacement on the NHS.I cannot think of anything I could fault them on.From entering the building and being greeted by reception staff,through my whole procedure and being discharged was a very pleasant experience.I was treated by Mr Massa who was very nice.The whole team on the ward were very nice.I can't remember all their names but I was in rm 102 on Tues-Wed this week.Thank you all,you are all very good at what you do..
