Following the lifting of restrictions by the Government, we would like to reassure all our patients that the way we interact with you will not be changing. All staff and consultants will continue to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing, and we require our patients and visitors to do the same, so that we are all protected.

New Patient User Group for Oaks
Friday 16 September 2016

We aim to provide the highest standards in all aspects of patient care for our patients, and patient feedback is really important in helping us to achieve this.

As such we are launching a new Patient User Group which will meet bi-monthly.  The aim of the group is to:

* Provide a forum to share experiences.

* Ensure that the services that we provide reflect the needs and views of the people who use them.

* Share good practice.

* Positively influence change and engagement in developing services.

* Build a better working relationship with the local community and individuals.

If you are interested in becoming a patient representative, please contact: Briony McSweeney (Quality Improvement Lead) by emailing
