We are looking for patient representatives to join our Patient User Group.

The aim of this group is to:

✔ Provide a forum to share experiences.
✔ Ensure that the services that we provide reflect the needs and views of the people who use them.
✔ Share good practice.
✔ Positively influence change and engagement in developing services.
✔ Build a better working relationship with the local community and individuals.
