For patients covered by Private Health Insurance, please ensure you have pre authorisation from your health care provider before coming to the hospital. 

For self-funded patients, you will be required to pay the full cost of your procedure before coming into hospital. This can be paid for by debit/credit card excluding American Express. If paying by personal cheque, we will require this seven days in advance.
