Pilates Classes at Oaks Physiotherapy Clinic

Our Pilates class run at The Oaks Hospital Physiotherapy department is intended to help people to improve posture and core stability. The class is run by a physiotherapist who is a qualified matwork instructor under the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and she ensures you exercise safely and comfortably in a relaxed environment.
Some of the conditions that Pilates helps with include: back pain, neck pain, post gynaecological surgery, lower limb instability and poor posture.
The exercises that you do help build a foundation to get you back to other forms of exercise. It can also help to improve your general muscle tone and lose weight also. You will be given a home exercise plan to continue with the exercises at home to help you reach your full potential.
The cost is £60 for a 6 week block, with 1 session a week.
